A THIRD 24/7 all-news channel in English breaks into the scene in the country with the launch of One News channel by Cignal TV, a direct-to-home satellite provider owned by MediaQuest Holdings Inc., which also owns television station TV5.

Patrick Paez, News Production Head of TV5 and One News told CMFR that the conventional news viewer, 35-40 years old and above is the target audience of One News.

During the 2018 BusinessWorld Economic Forum on May 18, MediaQuest Holdings Chair Manny V.
