TRACE Prize for Investigative Reporting
TRACE International, an anti-bribery non-profit organization, is accepting entries to its inaugural TRACE Prize for Investigative Reporting.
Print reporters, citizen journalists, and bloggers are invited to send articles that uncovered “commercial bribery with the goal of advancing commercial transparency”. The articles must have been published in print in the year 2015. Series of articles are also accepted, provided that at least half of the stories were published in 2015.
Submitted works may also cover actual violations of law and activities that create conflicts of interest and misconduct.
Two winners will be awarded USD10,000 each and a funded trip to the July 2016 awarding ceremony to be held in Cambridge University, United Kingdom.

Joan Shorenstein Fellowship at Harvard University
Journalists, politicians, scholars and policy makers are invited to apply for a fellowship at the Joan Shorenstein Center on Media, Politics and Public Policy at Harvard University.
Applicants must be active in the field of press, politics and public policy. Chosen fellows will be required to live in residence for one semester while conducting research and attending conferences and events in the Center.
Each fellow will receive a stipend of $30,000 and office facilities. Travel and living expenses will not be shouldered by the Center.
Interested applicants must accomplish the online application form and submit a cover letter, a research proposal, a CV/resume and recommendation letter/s. Non-native English speakers are required to submit proof of English proficiency.
All applications must be submitted on or before February 1, 2016, both for the Fall 2016 and Spring 2017 semesters. For more information, visit this page.
